8th Grade Lawn (& adjoining Service Road) – is for 8th Graders only unless special activity.                                


Be Safe – unless for PE class, walk on campus. Protect and respect personal space.

Be Responsible – be on time, throw trash away, and do your work.

Be Respectful – use positive and polite language, stop and think before speaking or acting, treat others as you wish to be treated. Apologize if you bump into someone.


Buses – please be considerate of fellow bus-riding students; be ready to board buses by 3:10 pm.


Congratulations – to all students and staff who performed in the Black History Performances.


IDs – please carry your ID with you at all times. First ID is FREE. $5.00 replacement fee, pay at the Student Store. IDs printed in Attendance Office during Homeroom.


Trash – please be good citizens of Millikan and Mother Earth – throw your trash away IN trash cans.

Attendance – please submit accurate attendance daily.


Best Practice –Not sure if your students have fixed or growth mindset? Have them complete and score the quick mindset assessment on page 8 in The Growth Mindset Playbook.


BIC –Please send only one student to return BIC carts. Thank you.

Field Trips – please alphabetize student names when submitting student lists to the Attendance Office. If multiple periods are participating, please alphabetize within class periods. Please check in with Attendance Office before departing to verify which students are participating in the trip.


Flyers/Posters – please remember to take down flyers announcing your event once your successful event takes place.
